Insurance

I do not accept or bill insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. This means that you will have to pay for your sessions out of pocket. However, if your insurance has out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a super-bill (invoice summary of paid sessions) to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Payment

I take direct payment from all major credit and debit cards, Health Savings (HSA), and Flexible Spending (FSA) Accounts.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to make it to your session, you must cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, or you will be charged your full session fee.

Fees are payable at the time services are rendered, with the card stored on file. The system is set up with automatic billing through the EHR system or by other arrangements that have been previously made.

To cancel or reschedule a session, notify your counselor no less than 24 hours before your scheduled session via email at (bree@keepgrowingcounseling.com) to avoid penalty. Clients will be financially responsible for a full session fee for any session canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior notification (no-show). The next session cannot be made until the no-show fee has been paid or other arrangements have been made.
