Hello,

My name is Bree Douglas, and I’m a Life coach & Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) in Texas, supervised by Shawna Storey-Lovin, LPC-S. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life – couples, adults, and active duty/veterans. I help clients with communication issues, infidelity, grief/loss, stress, trauma, depression, women's issues, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, and life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with first and second-generation immigrants, criminal justice-involved individuals, and those in the construction industry.

I hold a B.S. in Justice Studies from Arizona State University, a M.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati, and a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health from Mercer University.

As a counselor, my role is to help you understand the cues your mind and body offer you and empower you to make the healthiest choices for you. Together, we will use counseling to set you free from problematic patterns or behaviors and work on enhancing your self-esteem, knowledge of self, and well-being.

Outside work, I enjoy painting and doing crafts with my children, attending rodeos as a Fort Worth resident, traveling, trying new foods, and watching horror movies and documentaries.
