Insurance

I do not accept or bill insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. This means that you will have to pay for your sessions out-of-pocket. However, if your insurance has out-of-network benefits, I can provide you a super-bill (invoice summary of paid sessions) to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Payment

I take direct payment from all major credit and debit cards, Health Savings (HSA), and Flexible Spending (FSA) Accounts.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to make it to your appointment, you must cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, or you will be charged your full session fee.

Fees are payable at the time that services are rendered, with the card stored on file, which is set up with automatic billing through the EMR system or by other arrangements that have been previously made

In order to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you are expected to notify your counselor no less than 24-hour prior to your scheduled appointment via email at (bree@keepgrowingcounseling.com) to avoid penalty. Clients will be financially responsible for a full session fee for any session cancelled with less than 24-hours notice or missed without prior notification (no-show). The next appointment cannot be made until the no show fee has been paid or other arrangements are made.
